Having grown up and had cats all my life I always dreamed of a British Blue... the epitome of British Shorthair cats and back in 2014 I got my first boy... Bagpuss Blue and that was it, I was in love.

In 2019 we welcomed Violet to our family who was our first Queen and she bore our first 3 beautiful babies who stayed within our family, Dudleah, Frank and Angelo.

We breed these beautiful kittens because we love them and are passionate about the breed. (trust me its not for the money!!) and if you need help or advice we are always here to help.
They may be your new family member, but they will always be loved like our babies!!!
We are members of the Southern British Shorthair cat club and registered with the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (GCCF): www.gccfcats.org. Our kittens are registered with the GCCF and we adhere to their rules of ethical breeders.
Our Kittens are completely reared in a homely environment; born in my bedroom! and raised for the first 4-5 weeks in a separate kittening suite away from the rest of the cats.
Our kittens are GCCF registered and are ready for new homes at 13 weeks of age.
Our kittens are full pure pedigree kittens and you will receive a copy of 4 generation pedigree and GCCF registration.
They have full health care and are fully vaccinated against 'cat-flu', enteritis and Leukeamia. They are treated for fleas, de-wormed and microchipped. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
Your kitten will also be insured with a reputable pet insurance company for the first 4 weeks.
Kittens are well socialised in a busy household and used to children and other cats.
We follow all the GCCF rules around ethical breeding and ensure our cats and kittens are well cared for and looked after.
Kittens can often be brought cheaply through social media or classified ads. Sometimes cats and kittens can go for as little as £50. Don't be fooled..... it will cost you much more than that to take care of the kitten after getting him/her home (vet bills for vaccinations antibiotics creams and other treatment for fleas worms ear mites and worse....diseases like ring worm FIP, FIV and more).
An ethical breeder has higher costs of rearing the kittens, looking after both mum and dad for the year, vet bills, providing quality food... the list goes on.
Not to mention the days and hours without sleep waiting for labour, helping to deliver kittens or even hand feeding every 2 hours if you have a kitten struggling to latch.
